An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join a Legal 500 ranked Real Estate Finance team at a highly regarded firm based in central London.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll enjoy a high level of responsibility and direct client contact from day one — working on complex, high-value transactions for an impressive portfolio of banks, lenders, and investors.

The Role:

• Acting on a broad range of real estate finance transactions, including for banks and bridging lenders.
• Managing client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the practice.
• Taking an active role in business development and mentoring junior team members.
• Working as part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team on high-quality work.

About You:

• A qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in real estate finance.
• Confident advising banks and bridging lenders on property finance matters.
• Excellent technical and commercial skills with strong client relationship experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – able to contribute to growth and development of the practice.
• An established following would be an advantage, though not essential.
