Job Description

Early Careers Manager

Are you passionate about developing the next generation of legal professionals? Our client is an innovative mid-sized law firm, who are on the lookout for an Early Careers (Graduate Recruitment & Development) Manager to lead their growing talent strategy.

This is a newly created role with real scope to make an impact. They are based near Bank with a flexible hybrid model (3 days in the office).

As part of their growing HR team, you will be responsible for the 360 running of their Early Careers function, including;
  • Strategic influence – Partner with senior leaders to shape the firm’s future talent pipeline.

  • Campus engagement – Drive exciting events and initiatives to attract top graduates.
  • Brand building – Collaborate with the Marketing team to position the firm as an employer of choice.

They are looking for someone who brings solid experience in both graduate recruitment and development within a commercially focused law firm, and has a track record of bringing fresh ideas and success in a competitive legal market.

If you’re an experienced Early Careers Advisor ready for the next step, or an Early Careers Manager pigeon-holed into a purely graduate recruitment or development function, looking for a role that is more holistic and satisfying - this is your chance to make a real difference.

For more information or to be considered please get in touch with John Bruce ASAP.
