Are you looking to launch your career in Intellectual Property (IP)? Do you have strong attention to detail and a passion for learning? This is a fantastic opportunity for a college leaver or recent graduate to join a large, well-respected private practice law firm as a Junior Patent Administrator within their specialist National Validations team.

About the Role

You will support a busy and highly experienced IP team, assisting with the administration of European Patent Office (EPO) national phase validations and related client communications. This is a hands-on role that offers excellent training, exposure to international IP processes, and the chance to develop valuable knowledge in patent administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support coordination of national validations across multiple jurisdictions
  • Prepare and process legal documentation with high accuracy
  • Maintain case records and deadlines using internal systems
  • Communicate with international agents and clients
  • Assist Patent Attorneys and Senior Administrators with portfolio management

About You

  • A recent graduate or college leaver with strong academic ability
  • Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, team-focused mindset
  • Interest in Intellectual Property or law (no prior IP experience required)
