A highly ranked City law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its award-winning Insolvency & Restructuring team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile insolvency and litigation matters within a Tier 1 team recognised by both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.

The Role
As a Paralegal in the Insolvency & Restructuring team, you will:

• Manage your own caseload of routine disputes and insolvency matters.
• Support lawyers on complex, high-value restructuring and enforcement proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents including pre-action correspondence, court bundles, and settlement agreements.
• Liaise directly with clients and assist with routine enquiries.
• Prepare and review trial documents, engagement letters, and billing.
• Stay up to date with developments in insolvency law and civil procedure.

About You
We are looking for an experienced Paralegal who can demonstrate:

• At least 4 years’ experience in disputes/litigation, with a solid grasp of the Civil Procedure Rules.
• Proven ability to run a varied caseload independently.
• A legal qualification such as an LLB, PGDL, CILEX or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
• Strong legal research skills and experience with case management tools.
• Excellent organisation, communication, and client-care skills.
