Job Description

US Law Support is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm, to assist them in their search for a Senior Cashier Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be joining the London office on a 12 month fixed term contract and be responsible for providing a high-level of support over Business, Client and Personal accounts.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the Cashiering Supervisor.
  • Completing monthly bank reconciliations for Business and Client accounts.
  • Monitoring all currency bank accounts.
  • Reviewing bank statements, office receipts and billing write offs.
  • Maintaining charity donation ledgers and personal account balances.
  • Posting client receipts and payments alongside handling client account transactions.
  • Managing client accounts, calculating accrued interest, and providing daily compliance with the Solicitor’s Accounts Rules.
  • Researching and answering general accounting queries.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Cashiering professional to join a collaborative global law firm in London where they will work independently and as part of a team.

Suitable applicants will have gained prior Cashier experience from within a law firm, have strong understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules, take a proactive approach, and have a high attention to detail. Demonstrated experience of using 3E elite is also highly desirable.

This is a fully involved role, offering a highly competitive salary, as well as a 4:1 hybrid working pattern.
