We are currently recruiting for a niche role that bridges HR and Compliance for our client who is a growing, mid-sized international law firm.
Working as a Professional Standards & Quality Advisor you will be based within the HR Team, but will work very closely with the Compliance & Risk team as well as Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and across the HR Business Partnering function to act as a hub and subject matter expert on SRA standards and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Advisor with a real passion for policies and procedures, regulatory adherence, and compliance. But would also suit an experience Risk & Compliance specialist looking for a broader role with extensive stakeholder engagement and much wider remit.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate relevant experience (albeit not necessarily in an identical role) gained in a law firm, and an excellent understanding of the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s rules, regulations, and standards of conduct.
