HR Support are excited to be assisting an amazing law firm with an outstanding reputation find a HRBP for one of their most dynamic practice groups. They work hybrid (3 days per week).
Our client is an award winning mid-sized law firm in the City, who have recently undergone an exciting restructure and revamp of their HR team. As a result, they are looking for an experienced HRBP (ideally from another law firm as a big part of the role will be working with and advising the solicitors and partners) to join them.
This would be perfect for senior HR Advisor in a HRBP team looking for a step up, or a HRBP looking for a new challenge, maybe at a smaller firm where they can make more of a difference.
Supporting the lawyers and business support teams across the practice group, you will play an active role in the strategic planning of these teams, working closely with the senior stakeholders, directors and other key personnel.
