Part-Qualified / Newly Qualified Patent Attorney – Tech & Engineering (Electronics)
Locations: Multiple UK Offices (Hybrid/Flexible Working)

Join a top-tier IP firm’s growing Tech & Engineering team, working with pioneering clients at the forefront of innovation. We’re seeking a part-qualified to newly qualified UK/EP Patent Attorney with a background in Electronics, ideally with expertise in semiconductors and/or computing technologies.

What You’ll Do:

• Work on high-value, complex patent portfolios in cutting-edge technologies

• Draft, prosecute, and advise on patent matters across the UK, Europe, and globally

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of attorneys and technical specialists

• Engage directly with clients from startups to global corporations

What We’re Looking For:

• A part-qualified or newly qualified UK and/or European Patent Attorney

• Strong academic background in Electronics, Physics, or a related discipline

• Technical experience or familiarity with semiconductors, chip architecture, or computing systems

• Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset
