Job Description

Our client is one of the Europe’s larges IP practices. They are recruiting for a Patent Paralegal to support a busy attorney team.

The role will be client-focused and you will provide support to one of the firm’s key clients taking responsibility for a broad range of paralegal tasks and portfolio management.

You will have daily interaction with clients, IPOs and foreign attorneys and be responsible for preparing application forms for the UKIPO, EPO, and other patent offices, and handle all post-filing matters. You will follow clients processes and procedures, and keep up to date with IP laws through attendings webinars and in-person meetings. There will also be some involvement in training more junior members of staff and you will actively engage with the firms IP administrators to ensure workflows run smoothly.

The role would suit a CIPA and/or EPAC Qualified Paralegal who has a high level of procedural knowledge and experience in a client-facing role.
