Role Responsibilities:

- Document Creation: Develop consistent life sciences licensing and collaboration precedent documents.

- Knowledge Distillation: Annotate documents to reflect market practices.

- Standardisation: Standardise existing non-licensing life sciences precedents.

- Collaboration: Work with the Patents Commercialisation team and other specialists.

- Training: Provide training on new laws affecting the document suite.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Legal Expertise: Qualified solicitor with 6+ years post-qualification experience (PQE).

- Sector Experience: Experience in a well-regarded life sciences team, with a background in IP and non-contentious commercial deals.

- Technical Skills: Strong analytical and technical skills in drafting and reviewing complex contracts.

- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organisational skills.

- Team Player: Confident and personable, effective in a team environment.
