Job Description

A highly regarded Conveyancing law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Title Checker to work on a remote basis. You will be working as part of a busy team reviewing property titles in relation to the conveyancing transactions.

 

You must be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years experience in residential conveyancing with strong knowledge of property titles, land registry procedures, and legal requirements related to conveyancing.

 

This role is fully remote working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

 

The firm are offering a salary between £30,000 - £35,000 with a good benefits package including company pension, health & wellbeing programme, private medical insurance and bereavement leave.

 

Duties include

 

  • Maintaining accurate records of title checks
  • Reviewing titles of properties
  • Cross-checking land registry documents and title deeds
  • Assisting with the preparation of title reports
  • Identify any discrepancies, errors, or issues in the titles, such as incorrect legal descriptions, incomplete information, or unregistered interests.
