Job Description

We are working with a highly established London based law firm and they are seeking paralegal to join their well respected commercial property department. The successful candidate will be required to attend the office and support the associates and fee earners on a variety of interesting matters.

Within this exciting role, the commercial property paralegal will be exposed to range of matters relating to freehold purchases, site acquisitions, lease and renewal agreements as well as property investments and real estate finance.

Applicants will have completed a law degree or equivalent and will have gained previous paralegal experience within a commercial property team, you will also possess a keen interest in developing a career in this field. A professional and proactive work ethic is essential coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
