Job Description

An experienced Administrator is required to join a leading UK law firm to work within the firms Real Estate department. You will be required to have previous administration experience from either a legal or professional services background.

 

This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm that offer genuine support, a friendly working environment and training and development for all staff.

 

The role is full time office based.

 

Duties include

 

  • Dealing with the post daily
  • Assisting legal secretaries to maintain efficient filing and administration systems
  • Assist secretaries to create and maintain information
  • Scheduling of documents
  • File closure
  • Assist when required with the preparation of completion documents and presentations
  • Typing and amending documents
  • Document Production - Photocopying/Scanning/Printing/Binding
