Outstanding opportunity to develop and lead the claimant practice and advise on respondent work too.. My client is an established Top 100 firm, with an opening for an established employment partner to join and lead the department.   The client list is diverse and primarily respondent, with HNW claimant and a good flow of referrals from the corporate/commercial, private client and tax practices.    This is a fixed share partner role, with a genuine path to equity for the right person. A small client following or referral network would be advantageous.
