This firm is looking to recruit a commercial and corporate litigator and has an immediate vacancy for a solicitor with 6+ years PQE.

We are looking for a driven individual who is able to manage their own case load on a day-today basis and assist the wider team on more complex issues. Our dispute resolution team currently consists of two partners, two assistant solicitors and two consultant solicitors who deal with a wide range of disputes for both commercial and individual clients with instructions covering all aspects of commercial and property litigation including: • Partnership and shareholder disputes • Employment disputes • Contractual disputes • Director disqualification proceedings • Property and construction litigation • Insolvency & restructuring • Landlord and Tenant matters • Private wealth & Contested probate • Property fraud and identify thief • Professional negligence • International Litigation & Arbitration Commercial Construction .
