Start Date: December 1 2026 / by agreement
A rare opportunity to join the private office of a highly respected female British actor, producer and philanthropist.
We are seeking an exceptionally capable, discreet and emotionally intelligent Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support across the Principals professional and personal life. This is a high-trust position requiring outstanding organisational ability, absolute confidentiality and the confidence to operate within a fast-moving, high-profile environment.
The successful candidate will become a central point of coordination for the Principal, working closely with agents, managers, producers, charities, foundations, family offices, household staff, travel teams and other trusted advisers.
This is not a conventional PA role. It would suit someone who combines the precision and anticipation of an exceptional executive assistant with the warmth, judgement and discretion required to support a prominent public figure.
Own and manage an exceptionally complex and frequently changing diary.
Coordinate filming, rehearsals, premieres, press, awards, meetings, charitable commitments, speaking engagements and private appointments.
Protect the Principals time while ensuring important professional and personal commitments are prioritised appropriately.
Anticipate diary conflicts and resolve them proactively.
Prepare detailed daily and weekly schedules, including travel time, preparation requirements and contingency planning.
Arrange complex domestic and international travel, often at short notice.
Coordinate flights, private aviation where required, hotels, ground transportation, security and itineraries.
Prepare comprehensive travel briefs and ensure every aspect of a trip runs seamlessly.
Manage last-minute changes, cancellations and unexpected logistical issues calmly and efficiently.
Liaise confidently with agents, managers, publicists, production companies, casting teams, directors, studios and other senior industry contacts.
Coordinate meetings, calls, scripts, materials and correspondence.
Ensure the Principal is fully briefed ahead of important meetings, appearances and engagements.
Assist with project-related administration across film, television, theatre and production activities.
Maintain highly confidential records and documentation.
Support the Principals charitable and philanthropic commitments.
Coordinate with charities, foundations, trustees, campaign partners and event organisers.
Assist with fundraising events, patron responsibilities, speeches, correspondence and charitable appearances.
Maintain an organised overview of philanthropic commitments and ensure follow-ups are completed.
Treat all charitable and personal matters with the same discretion and professionalism as the Principals entertainment career.
Coordinate personal appointments, family commitments and private engagements.
Liaise with household staff and trusted external suppliers where appropriate.
Arrange gifts, personal correspondence, special occasions and other thoughtful details.
Assist with private events, dinners and hospitality.
Handle sensitive personal matters with tact and complete confidentiality.
Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the Principal where appropriate.
Monitor incoming requests and determine priorities.
Act as a trusted gatekeeper while maintaining excellent relationships with key contacts.
Ensure important messages, invitations and requests are handled promptly and appropriately.
You will be an experienced, polished and exceptionally organised PA or Executive Assistant who is comfortable supporting a high-profile individual.
You will have:
Significant experience supporting a UHNW individual, senior executive, celebrity, founder, entrepreneur, family office principal or similarly high-profile client.
Exceptional diary management and organisational skills.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Outstanding judgement and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Absolute discretion and respect for confidentiality.
The confidence to communicate with senior figures across entertainment, business, philanthropy and the media.
A calm, solutions-focused approach when circumstances change unexpectedly.
Strong technological and administrative skills.
A natural ability to build trusted relationships without becoming over-familiar.
A polished and professional manner.
Experience within film, television, theatre, talent management, private offices or philanthropy would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be:
Discreet. You understand that confidentiality is fundamental and are comfortable handling highly sensitive information.
Unflappable. You remain calm when plans change, deadlines move or unexpected issues arise.
Anticipatory. You don't simply respond to requests you think several steps ahead.
Warm but boundaried. You are personable and approachable while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
Highly intelligent and intuitive. You can quickly understand priorities, read situations and exercise excellent judgement.
Resourceful. When something goes wrong, your instinct is to find a solution rather than explain why it cannot be done.
Detail-driven. You notice the small things that make an enormous difference to a busy Principal.
Loyal and trustworthy. You understand the importance of discretion in a private office environment.
The role will involve a combination of office-based, remote and travel-based working depending on the Principals schedule.
Flexibility is essential. The Principals professional commitments may involve international travel, evening events, weekends and occasional short-notice changes.
The successful candidate will be part of a small, highly trusted team and will be expected to operate with professionalism, maturity and confidentiality at all times.
