EXPERIENCED 2ND STEWARDESS REQUIRED FOR PRIVATE PROGRAM – 45M MOTOR YACHT

Salary: €4,500 per month
Leave: 45 days per year

We are looking for an experienced 2nd Stewardess to join a 45m private motor yacht based in the Mediterranean. The owner is building a long-term, professional crew following the yacht's first busy season under new ownership, making this an excellent time to join a program with genuine future progression.

Working closely with the Chief Stewardess and Third Stewardess, you will play a key role in maintaining exceptional housekeeping and service standards while helping to create a positive, organised and professional interior department.

The yacht is used privately by the owner, family, friends and business guests. Trips can include late evenings and flexible meal schedules, so candidates should be adaptable, energetic and confident delivering high-end service throughout changing guest programs. Service is polished but relaxed, with beautifully presented plated service, cocktails and genuine hospitality expected at all times.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a new program with a respected Captain and senior crew who are focused on building a strong, long-term team. The owner has ambitions to move into a larger yacht in the very near future, offering genuine progression for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Stewardess with the daily running of the interior department.
• Deliver exceptional housekeeping and cabin preparation.
• Provide polished plated service, cocktail service and attentive guest care.
• Maintain immaculate guest areas and interior presentation.
• Assist with inventories, provisioning and interior organisation.
• Help mentor junior crew and lead by example.
• Adapt to flexible guest schedules while maintaining consistently high standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a 2nd Stewardess or experienced Stewardess on 40m+ private yachts.
• Strong housekeeping and guest service skills.
• Confident with plated service and cocktail preparation.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive and a strong team player.
• Calm under pressure with a professional, guest-focused attitude.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent checkable references.

Please note: Our preference is to secure a permanent 2nd Stewardess who is looking to grow with the program long term. However, we would also be interested in speaking with experienced temporary 2nd Stewardesses who are available to support the vessel through the remainder of the Mediterranean season while the long-term team is finalised - season would officially end at the beginning of October.
