TEMP EXPERIENCED SERVICE STEWARDESS REQUIRED FOR 100M+ PRIVATE MOTOR YACHT

End Date: 14th August (with potential extension until 2nd September, subject to mutual agreement)

We are looking for an experienced, high-energy Temp Service Stewardess to join a lively 100m+ private motor yacht in the Mediterranean for a busy guest period. This is a guest-facing role on a world-class vessel where exceptional service, personality, and professionalism are equally valued.

The successful candidate will join the yacht as soon as possible ahead of an upcoming guest trip on 18th June and remain onboard through a busy summer season. This role is ideal for a confident service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with guests, and can bring warmth, charisma, and positive energy to every interaction.

We are seeking someone who is polished, personable, and highly competent in luxury service. Strong bartending skills are essential, as is the ability to operate independently from day one. This is not a training position, and candidates must already possess solid high-end service experience and a thorough understanding of luxury hospitality standards.

The right individual will be drama-free, adaptable, and able to integrate seamlessly into an established service team while maintaining exceptional standards throughout a demanding guest program.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver polished, high-end service across all guest areas.
• Confidently execute cocktail preparation and bar service to a luxury standard.
• Engage with guests in a warm, approachable, and professional manner.
• Support guest events, themed evenings, and social occasions onboard.
• Maintain immaculate service stations and guest areas.
• Work collaboratively within a large interior team during a busy operational period.
• Uphold the highest standards of presentation, discretion, and hospitality.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in service on large yachts or within luxury hospitality.
• Strong bartending and cocktail service skills - non negotiable.
• Confident, outgoing, and guest-focused personality.
• Ability to hit the ground running with no basic service training required.
• Female only due to cabin arrangements.
• Age range preferred: 23–30 years old.
• Valid STCW, ENG1, Security Duties, and Food Hygiene Level 2 certificates.
• Schengen Visa (if applicable).
• Fully COVID vaccinated.
• Passport with a minimum of 6 months validity.
• Excellent checkable references.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and drama-free approach.
