ROTATIONAL CHIEF STEWARDESS REQUIRED FOR NEW BUILD CHARTER PROGRAM – 80M MOTOR YACHT

Vessel:
80m New Build Motor Yacht
Program:
Dual Season (Charter with Private Use)
Start Date:
ASAP
Salary:
€8,000 per month + 13th month bonus
Rotation:
2:2

We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Chief Stewardess to join a prestigious 80m new build motor yacht entering its launch phase. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a world-class program from the outset, working alongside a highly regarded senior team known for their professionalism, longevity, and supportive onboard dynamic.

This role is ideally suited to a quietly confident Chief Stew with proven new build and interior setup experience, who thrives in structured, team-oriented environments. With a strong focus on consistency, discretion, and delivering a beautifully considered standard of service that feels effortless rather than formal.

The onboard atmosphere is professional yet personable — high standards are a given, but equally important is a calm, respectful environment where crew work collaboratively and take pride in what they do.

The vessel will operate a dual-season itinerary, with an initial Caribbean period following launch, before transitioning into a Mediterranean summer program. While charter is anticipated, the early phase will focus on owner use and fine-tuning onboard operations to an exceptional standard.

The ownership places strong emphasis on excellence without excess — expecting the highest level of service, efficiency, and discretion, while maintaining a warm, family-style atmosphere onboard.

You will lead a large interior team of 9 and play a pivotal role in establishing systems, standards, and onboard culture, working closely with senior crew and shoreside management, as well as additional owners staff. Collaboration across departments and households is essential, with a strong emphasis on unity, mutual support, and professionalism throughout.

With a well-established, down-to-earth and professional crew onboard, this role would suit someone who enjoys being part of a like-minded, positive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and inspire a large interior team to deliver world-class service
  • Oversee full interior setup during the final new build and launch phase
  • Implement structure, procedures, and high-level service standards across all areas
  • Deliver refined, guest-focused service with a warm, family-style approach
  • Ensure consistency and discretion across all guest interactions
  • Coordinate closely with senior crew and Primary's shoreside teams
  • Manage inventories, provisioning, budgets, and administrative systems
  • Ensure seamless service during both private use and charter operations
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented onboard culture

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as Chief Stewardess on 70m+ yachts
  • Strong background in new builds, refits, or full interior setup
  • Natural leader with a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Polished, professional, and highly guest-focused
  • Confident managing large teams and high guest-to-crew ratios
  • Solutions-driven with exceptional organisational ability
  • Calm under pressure with a “nothing is impossible”, solutions focused attitude

Program Expectations:

  • Team-oriented environment with strong interdepartmental collaboration
  • High standards of personal presentation — refined and professional
  • Healthy, balanced lifestyle encouraged onboard
  • Discreet, respectful, and drama-free approach essential
  • Fluency in English required
  • Non-smokers preferred
