Vessel: 44m Private Motor Yacht (recently purchased)
Location: USA → Mediterranean
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP (US) or Med season
Salary: $3,500 per month
Leave: 32 days per year (3.5 days per month)

We are looking for a motivated and personable 3rd Stewardess to join the interior team of a 44m motor yacht entering a high-energy, guest-focused program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting events and learning in a dynamic, fun environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day interior duties, including cleaning, laundry, and preparation
• Support event-style service and guest experiences
• Help maintain inventories and provisioning
• Work under Chief and 2nd Stew to maintain high standards

Requirements:

• Experience on 35–45m yachts preferred
• Adaptable, reliable, and guest-focused
• Strong team player with attention to detail
• Polished presentation, fluent English, excellent references
