Vessel: 44m Private Motor Yacht (recently purchased)
Location: USA → Mediterranean
Contract: Seasonal
Start Date: TBC (Med season)
Salary: $8,000 per month (open to negotiations)

We are seeking a skilled and creative Chef to join a 44m motor yacht in an exciting new ownership program. The vessel will operate high-energy Mediterranean and Caribbean seasons, hosting social events and lively guest experiences. The Chef will play a key role in delivering memorable culinary experiences tailored to the owner's preferences and guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and execute high-end menus for owner and guests
• Support themed evenings and event-style dining experiences
• Maintain inventory, provisioning, and galley administration
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and dietary standards
• Collaborate with interior team to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements:

• Proven Chef experience on 40m+ motor yachts
• Strong Mediterranean and international cuisine skills
• Ability to manage high-pressure, high-energy service periods
• Organised, adaptable, and solution-oriented
• Polished presentation, fluent English, excellent references
