We are seeking a mature, capable, and self-sufficient Sole Stewardess to join a well-run private program onboard a 24m sportsfisher operating as one of two chase vessels to a 100m+ mothership. This is a role for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, enjoys autonomy, and understands that high standards don’t always mean formal service.
The program is relaxed in style but immaculate in presentation. The vessel is not heavily used, however it is always expected to be around, guest-ready and maintained to an exceptional standard. This is not a silver service role, but attention to detail, organisation, and aesthetic presentation are key.
The yacht is primarily used for fishing trips, day cruising, swimming and sunset runs. Guests do not drink alcohol, and food is provided by chefs from the mothership — your focus will be setup, presentation, service flow, and maintaining both guest and crew areas to a high standard.
You’ll be working with a chilled but professional female Captain who values autonomy and reliability. The deck team is long-standing and positive, comprising of one female deckhand and two male deckhands/fishing experts. The program suits someone fit, healthy, grounded, and happy in a dry-boat environment. This is not a party program - Pilates princesses and matcha queens welcome.
During down time the vessel is based in Athens, and shoreside accommodation is provided for crew.
Sole responsibility for the interior: guest cabins, salon, laundry, galley upkeep, and crew areas
Setting up and presenting simple but well-executed service (sandwiches, fruit platters, coffees, soft drinks)
Maintaining immaculate presentation at all times, even during low-use periods
Managing housekeeping, laundry, and interior organisation independently
Supporting fishing and day trips with efficient, calm service
Keeping the vessel guest-ready at all times
Previous experience as a Sole Stewardess or strong all-round Stewardess comfortable working alone - minimum one year please
Autonomous, organised, and proactive — this is not a training role
Takes pride in presentation and consistency in guest facing service
Mature, reliable, and comfortable living in crew accommodation ashore
Fit and healthy lifestyle preferred
Conservative presentation required (no visible or excessive tattoos)
Comfortable working on a dry boat with limited tolerance for heavy drinking
Preference for a slightly older, grounded candidate who enjoys routine and responsibility
Fluent English
Excellent references essential
Relaxed, respectful private ownership
Fishing-focused itinerary with varied cruising
Long-standing, supportive deck team
Apartment provided when not onboard
Excellent work-life balance for the right personality
This is a lovely role for someone who enjoys autonomy, structure, and pride of ownership — not fast-paced charter chaos, but a calm, high-standard private program.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
