TEMP 2ND STEWARDESS – 50M NEW BUILD (US Passport Only)

Dates: 18–28 December
Join: Antigua/BVI
Depart: St. Barths
Package: $250 per day, flights + hotel covered

Seeking an experienced, organised 2nd Stewardess capable of stepping into a new build and immediately supporting a full interior setup for an upcoming charter.

Additional Information:
This project involves supporting a 50m new build that is currently being delivered to the US. The temporary team will join the vessel mid-handover and must be able to integrate immediately with zero training or familiarisation window. The role requires a highly experienced, self-sufficient, and solutions-driven crew who can handle the following from day one:

• Delivery passage from Antigua to St. Thomas

• Unstowing all areas of the yacht following delivery transport

• Full interior and exterior deep clean after shipping

• Machinery and systems servicing alongside contractors

• Complete operational setup for charter readiness

• Relocating the vessel from St. Thomas to St. Barths for handover to permanent crew

Permanent crew will rejoin on 27 December, with charter beginning 28 December, so the temporary team must be capable of working fast, autonomously, and professionally under time pressure.

Only serious, over-qualified US passport-holding candidates who can step aboard and operate immediately should apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interior setup following transport: unwrapping, inventorying, dusting, detailing

• Assist in deep cleaning guest and crew areas

• Organise provisions, storage, pantries, and service items

• Support Chief Stew with charter setup and service prep

• Maintain high standards despite tight timeframes and unfamiliar vessel layout

Requirements:

• US Passport (mandatory)

• 2–3 years experience as 2nd Stew or strong Stew on 40m–60m+

• Proven experience with new builds, deliveries, or intense pre-charter turnarounds

• Strong housekeeping, organisational, and service support skills

• STCW + ENG1
