TEMP SERVICE STEWARDESS REQUIRED FOR 110M PRIVATE MOTOR YACHT - BIG PERSONALITY ESSENTIAL

We are looking for a big-energy, larger-than-life Temp Service Stewardess to jump into an action-packed period onboard a high-profile 110m private motor yacht. This is a vessel where service is social, guest-facing, fun, and lively - and where the owners genuinely love interacting with crew.

The candidate will join in Puerto Rico and remain onboard through the vessel's guest trip in St. Barths from 27 December - 7 January. This is a fast-paced, guest focused role ideal for someone polished, professional, confident in high-end service, and comfortable engaging with guests in a warm, personable, yet professional manner.

The right candidate will bring an upbeat, outgoing personality, a drama-free approach, and the ability to integrate seamlessly into a supportive but demanding service team. This is not a lead role - but you must be competent, confident, and fully capable of operating independently at a high standard. 

While two years of experience is not strictly required, it is essential that candidates already have strong professional service skills, as there will be no time to train on the basics due to the vessel's tight schedule leading up to the trip.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives around people, loves guest interaction, and can bring life, sparkle, and charisma to a bust holiday period on a world-class yacht.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver fun, confident, polished service - from table service to high-energy cocktail work.
  
• Engage with guests in a warm, upbeat, approachable way (the LOVE social crew!)
• Support themed evenings, festive events, and lively service experiences.
• Maintain immaculate service areas and uphold high service standards.
• Work seamlessly within a large service team during a peak guest period.

• Minimum 2 years' service experience (yachting).
• Must be confident, outgoing, personable, and full of positive energy.
• Strong high-end service skills - no time for basic training.
• Female only due to cabin arrangements.
• Valid STCW, ENG1, Security Duties, Food Hygiene L2 (6-month+ validity)
• B1/B2 visa required.
• Fully COVID vaccinated.
• Passport with minimum 6 months validity.
• Drama-free, adaptable, and ready to hit the ground running in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent checkable references.
