SERVICE STEWARDESS REQUIRED FOR 110M PRIVATE MOTOR YACHT

We are seeking a vibrant, bubbly, and energetic Service Stewardess to join the service department of a large and dynamic 110m private motor yacht. This is a guest-focused vessel where service is the heart of the program — from high-end drinks service to fun, themed evenings and social, interactive guest events.

The ideal candidate is 20–30 years old, with a naturally outgoing personality and strong confidence engaging with guests in a warm, professional way. Previous yachting experience up to 6 months is welcome, but high-end land-based service experience is especially desirable, as the role requires someone polished, social, and capable of learning quickly.

The interior operates with a large, multinational team with long-standing crew and strong leadership. The service team is well established, energetic, and supportive, making this an excellent opportunity for someone eager, fresh, and full of enthusiasm who is ready to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide confident, engaging service to guests, with a strong focus on drink service and cocktails.

• Assist with silver service, buffet-style setups, synchronised service, and themed evenings.

• Maintain service areas to immaculate standards, supporting smooth daily operations.

• Demonstrate strong guest interaction skills with a personable, professional approach.

• Coordinate closely with the interior team to ensure seamless service at all times.

• Uphold the vessel’s high standards of presentation, communication, and professionalism.

Requirements

• Up to 6 months’ yachting experience, with strong land-based hospitality/service background preferred.

• Warm, lively, guest-facing personality — confident engaging with guests in social environments.

• Female only due to cabin arrangements.

• Valid STCW, ENG1, Security Duties, and Food Hygiene Level 2 with minimum 6 months validity.

• Passport with 6 months validity.

• B1/B2 visa preferred; assistance available for the right candidate.

• Fully COVID-vaccinated.

• Positive, drama-free, team-oriented mindset.

• Strong willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the service department.

• Excellent checkable references.
