Job Description

We’re building a brand-new crew for a newly acquired 40m+ private yacht and need a hardworking, enthusiastic 3rd Stew who wants to learn fast and be part of a tight, high-performing interior team. This is a fast-paced vessel with frequent guest movements and high expectations — perfect for someone who thrives with structure and enjoys being busy.

The successful candidate will be someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to stay composed and focused during quick turnarounds and guest-heavy periods.

Responsibilities:

• Full rotation through housekeeping, laundry, and service

• Daily interior upkeep and turnover during guest visits

• Supporting the Chief and 2nd Stew with all interior duties

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation

• Assisting with guest service when required

• Learning large-yacht systems and stepping up when needed

Requirements:

• One season of experience minimum, within a charter program

• Good communication skills and willingness to take instruction

• Positive, mature attitude — no drama

• Strong attention to detail and pride in appearance

• STCW + ENG1

• Motivated to improve and progress within the interior
