Vessel: 40m+ Private Motor Yacht
Location: Mediterranean
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Permanent, 60 days leave
Salary: €5,000 - €6,000 DOE + 13th month bonus

We’re looking for a switched-on, confident 2nd Stewardess to join a newly purchased 40m+ yacht entering a full interior relaunch. This is a busy, high-standard private program with frequent guest trips, tight turnarounds, and an organised, structured interior. You’ll be working directly under an experienced Chief Stew and helping shape the new interior team from the ground up.

This is not a role for someone who needs micromanaging — the ideal candidate is proactive, level-headed, and able to maintain high standards while rotating across all interior departments.

Responsibilities:

• Rotating through service, housekeeping, and laundry to a large-yacht standard

• Stepping up confidently when the Chief Stew is busy

• Supporting guest service during last-minute trips and fast turnarounds

• Helping train and guide the 3rd Stew

• Maintaining consistency, structure, and pace in a newly built interior operation

• Keeping communication clear and professional across departments

Requirements:

• 1–2 seasons’ experience as 2nd Stew OR strong 3rd ready to step up

• Excellent service skills — formal and informal

• Strong housekeeping and organisational ability

• Calm under pressure with a positive, team-first attitude

• Someone who takes pride in standards and presentation

• STCW + ENG1

• Fluent English, confident communicator
