Contract: Mid-February – End October 2026 | Potential for Return in 2027
Salary: €3,500–€4,000 + bonuses

A rare opportunity to join a beautifully restored, pedigree classic sailing yacht operated to an exceptionally high standard within a well-funded, British-owned private fleet. The program is dynamic, professional, and well-structured, with a strong focus on classic regattas, owner day-sailing, and maintaining the vessel to the highest level.
The Stew/Cook role is central to the smooth running of the yacht and ideal for someone organised, proactive, and confident working within a small, close-knit team. For 2026, the position comes with increased support:

Maintaining galley hygiene and managing dry stores and drinks
Note: A professional race chef is onboard for regattas – no guest cooking required
Basic deck support: lines, fenders, occasional helm/watch when trained
Participation in classic racing (training provided; enthusiasm essential)
Supporting with regatta turnarounds, light deck tasks, and fleet coordination
Assisting with inventories and organisational tasks
Supporting shipyard/refit activity as required (yacht hauled out locally)
Minimum 1 season in a Stew/Cook or interior role
Proven organisational skills and ability to manage interior independently
Comfortable cooking light, healthy crew meals
Basic sailing knowledge (winch handling & knots at minimum)
Strong communicator, proactive, hands-on attitude
Active, healthy lifestyle; well-presented and professional
Driver’s licence (minimum 3 years for insurance)
Non-smoker/vaper preferred
Small discreet tattoos acceptable; no large visible tattoos
25+ years old
Sailing experience or strong interest in classic yachts
Previous regatta or race support experience
Able to handle busy periods with composure and good humour
