2ND STEWARDESS REQUIRED FOR 60M PRIVATE MOTOR YACHT

Salary: $5,000–$6,000 per month (DOE)
Leave: 45 days per year

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on 2nd Stewardess to join the interior team of a busy and well-run 60m private motor yacht. The vessel runs with 13 crew and a professional, supportive onboard culture, offering an excellent opportunity for a polished and motivated stewardess to further develop her skills within an established program.

Working closely alongside two experienced Chief Stewardesses, the 2nd Stewardess will play an integral role across all areas of the interior — including service, housekeeping, laundry, and bar operations. The position requires an adaptable and energetic individual who thrives in a team environment, takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to each day onboard.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience on 50m+ vessels, strong service and presentation skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining calm and professionalism under pressure. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Chief Stewardesses in the smooth day-to-day running of the interior department.

• Deliver polished, discreet guest service with confidence in silver service, mixology, and table presentation.

• Assist in housekeeping duties, ensuring guest and crew areas are maintained to immaculate standards.

• Contribute to laundry operations and inventory management when required.

• Maintain strong communication with the interior and galley team to ensure seamless coordination across service, bar, and cabin duties.

• Uphold the yacht’s standards of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Stewardess on 50m+ yachts.

• Confident in all aspects of interior operations including silver service, mixology, and housekeeping.

• Valid STCW, ENG1, B1/B2 visa, and Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2.

• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and initiative.

• Professional presentation and strong work ethic.

• Fluent English and glowing references.

• Must be happy to undergo a full background check and drugs test.
