THIRD STEWARDESS REQUIRED FOR 40M DUAL-SEASON CHARTER YACHT

Salary: $3,500 per month + tips

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Third Stewardess to join a well-run, high-performing 40m dual-season charter yacht. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable stewardess looking to build experience on a busy program with a proven and busy charter reputation.

The yacht operates at a high standard with a strong emphasis on service, teamwork, and professionalism. You’ll be joining a supportive crew and interior team that values a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach. With an exciting Caribbean season ahead, this is the perfect role for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a thriving charter operation.

The vessel runs a dual-season itinerary with regular charters and active use by a very engaged and supportive owner. The management team onboard encourages professional development, ensuring crew are trained and supported in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Chief and Second Stewardess across all areas of interior operations

• Assist in delivering high-quality guest service — including table settings, drink service, and turn-downs

• Maintain impeccable housekeeping and laundry standards, ensuring all guest and crew areas are spotless and well presented

• Anticipate guest needs and contribute to a seamless and enjoyable onboard experience

• Uphold the vessel’s high standards during back-to-back charters and busy turnaround periods

• Contribute positively to a professional, hard-working, and upbeat interior team

Requirements:

• Valid STCW (updated) and ENG1 (in date)

• Minimum 1 season’s experience on a busy motor yacht (charter experience preferred)

• Strong housekeeping and service skills, with a willingness to learn and grow

• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work well within a small, close-knit team

• Confident in guest interaction with a polished, professional approach

• Fluent English; additional languages such as Spanish are a bonus

• B1/B2 visa or legal right to work in the U.S. (Cayman flag) preferred

• Excellent checkable references
