DECKHAND – 50M NEW BUILD CHARTER YACHT 

Vessel: 50m Motor Yacht | New Build
Location: U.S. & Mediterranean | Dual-Season Program
Contract: Permanent | 42 Days Leave
Salary: $4,100 + 13th Month Bonus + Charter Tips
Start Date: January/February 2026 - U.S

We are seeking a high-energy, driven Deckhand to join a performance-focused 50m new build charter yacht. This is a unique opportunity to join a new crew under an experienced Captain, with the chance to grow, upskill, and work within a structured, highly professional environment.

This vessel will operate to extremely high standards with a packed, operationally intense program — private and charter — demanding confident, capable deck crew with strong boat handling skills and the desire to push themselves professionally.

You will live aboard the mothership and work closely with a supportive, tight-knit deck team. The ethos onboard is one of growth, collaboration, and performance — leadership and team building are part of the culture. The Captain is building a crew of athletes: high energy, hungry to learn, and ready to step up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily deck operations: wash downs, line handling, water sports setup and execution.

• Support tender operations – confident in driving and maintenance.

• Work in rotation under the Chief Officer and Bosun.

• Maintain deck equipment and assist in navigation watch duties where appropriate.

• Assist in chase boat operations and training, as required.

• Support during guest trips — water sports, excursions, beach setups.

Requirements:

• Yachtmaster Offshore (minimum)

• 1+ years' experience on 40m+ yachts (ideally dual-season, charter exposure a plus).

• Strong tender driving skills (Jet and twin outboard experience preferred).

• Active, athletic, team-player mentality – sports background (rugby/football/fitness) ideal.

• High energy with the drive to progress — working toward OOW encouraged and supported.

• STCW, ENG1, B1/B2 visa preferred.

• Excellent checkable references, happy to undergo background checks.
