Salary: €4,000 - €4,500
Leave: 90 days taken in a structured rotation pattern (3:1)

We are currently seeking an exceptional and experienced Senior Stewardess to join an incredible guest-facing team on a prestigious 2022-built 70m private motor yacht, currently completing an 8-week yard period before crossing to the Caribbean. This is a permanent position with a generous leave package, offering an excellent salary and onboard training opportunities.
Owners have 20+ years of yacht ownership – this is a highly customised, refined & sophisticated environment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years' experience, showcasing proficiency in all aspects of interior work, with the ability to manage a team. Candidates with a history of working in service on larger, ‘well-known’ vessels are preferred.
The yacht accommodates a mature team of 8 interior crew members, 6 on duty, including 2 x Chief Stewardess (both on 2:2 rotation), 1 x 2nd Stewardess, 1 x Senior Stewardess (Service Focus), 1 x Senior Stewardess (Housekeeping Focus), 2 x 2nd-Year Experienced Stewardesses, and 1 x Laundry Master. This is a fantastic, experienced, and well-knit interior team led by a brilliant Chief Stew and Captains who prioritise crew wellbeing onboard. There is good crew longevity onboard.
Excellent owners. Emphasis is placed on service excellence, with proficiency in silver service required. This is a guest-facing position, as Senior Stewardesses are frequently expected to manage breakfast service and sometimes accompany owners during outings — such as dining or shopping — to ensure support is always available. Candidates should be adept at leading service, table management, managing canapé events, all aspects of wine and beverage service, and demonstrating creativity in mocktail preparation and sophisticated table settings.
For housekeeping, immense attention to detail is vital. Product knowledge, wardrobe management, and skills in administrative tasks are essential.
For the owners, it is vital that this role is filled by someone who is dedicated, loyal, and wanting to gain/give longevity. Maturity is desired (candidates aged 26-35 years).
Absolute minimum – 4+ years’ experience with proven longevity (2+ years on one vessel desired)
Proficient in all aspects of interior work with excellent attention to detail and team management skills
Comfortable and professional in guest interactions as this is a guest-facing role — confidence with warm delivery is vital to succeed
Preferred: skills in creative cocktail making, table settings, and floral arrangements. Comfortable leading service when required
Immense attention to detail is vital. Product knowledge, wardrobe management, and skills in administrative tasks are required. Laundry skills and experience will add further value
Candidates must be willing and capable of taking on the leadership of uniform management, overseeing these inventories and placing orders with oversight from the Chief Stew
Happy, positive, and mature outlook, takes initiative yet is capable of and happy to follow direction and demonstrate flexibility
Passion to train up stewardesses to ensure that the highest standards are maintained onboard
This role will step up to cover the 2nd Stewardess when she is on leave, so it is a great opportunity for someone who desires growth
Committed to personal and professional development and a willingness to learn and further develop in their career in admin and management
Must have a valid US B1/B2 with expiry date after June 2026
Must have a Schengen Visa or ability to work in the Med valid until Dec 2026 and beyond
STCW, PSA/PDSD, FH Level 2, ENG1 essential. Interior courses completed are looked upon highly
