Vessel: 70m+ Motor Yacht (2022) – Private
Location: Mediterranean / Caribbean
Contract: Permanent | 2:2 Rotation (newly introduced)
Salary: €7,500 per month + flights, full healthcare
Start Date: October 15th, 2025
We are seeking an exceptionally polished Rotational Chief Stewardess to join a highly private, meticulously run 70m+ Feadship, owned by a discerning British family with exacting standards. This is a rare opportunity to step into one of the industry’s most refined programs, with longevity, professionalism, and poise at its core.
The yacht accommodates a mature and highly capable interior team of 8, including a Butler, 2x Senior Stews, 2x Stews, Spa/Hair, and Laundry. It is a well-knit, professional team, led by a supportive Chief Stew delivering a consistently high level of traditional service. The program demands precision, discretion, and the ability to adapt to a changing environment while maintaining calm authority.
This is not a party boat — the service style is quintessentially British, refined, and formal, often family-focused with some entertaining. The role requires someone with proven Chief Stew experience on 60m+ vessels, confident leading from the front, and able to balance a professional atmosphere with warmth and approachability.
You’ll be rotating with a highly capable Chief Stew who has been instrumental in shaping the interior to the highest standards. Together, you will provide leadership, structure, and continuity for an interior team that thrives on teamwork and professionalism.
This is a guest-facing role, often assisting the owners ashore at restaurants or shopping, so confidence, discretion, and presence are key. Service style is silver service, elegant family dining, and seamless attention to detail. The owners are experienced yacht owners, engaged and supportive, but expect the very best in standards and presentation.
Lead, support, and motivate a team of 8 interior crew, maintaining impeccable service and housekeeping standards.
Coordinate closely with the Butler and private staff to deliver seamless, discreet, and anticipatory service.
Oversee administrative tasks: budgeting, provisioning, inventories, and liaising with the Captain and management.
Train, mentor, and support junior crew to uphold the vessel’s exceptionally high standards.
Adapt to the principal’s changing requirements with calm confidence and a proactive approach.
Minimum 4+ years of experience as Chief Stew or Senior Stew on 60m+ yachts.
Proven longevity, ideally with experience on well-known vessels.
Extensive service knowledge — silver service, table settings, wine pairing, and refined family-style dining.
Strong background in wardrobe management, product knowledge, and administrative detail.
Mature, polished, and confident leadership style with a focus on crew morale and professionalism.
Discreet, proactive, and adaptable to changing demands.
Fluent English essential (native or very fluent).
Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements.
Valid STCW, ENG1, and Food Hygiene Level 2.
Excellent, checkable references.
