STEWARDESS REQUIRED FOR 50M NEW BUILD CHARTER YACHT

Vessel: 50m Motor Yacht | New Build
Location: U.S. & Mediterranean | Dual-Season Program
Contract: Permanent | 60 Days Leave
Salary: $3,500 – $4,000 DOE + Tips 
Start Date: November/December in Fort Lauderdale

A new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Stewardess to join a 50m new build charter yacht launching into a busy dual-season program. With a packed charter calendar and an involved, young-at-heart owner, this is the perfect platform to develop your skills in a high-standard, supportive environment.

You’ll be joining a dynamic and experienced crew, several of whom are transferring from the owner’s previous yacht, ensuring a strong team culture from day one. The program promises fast-paced private and charter use, meaning this role is ideal for someone who is energetic, service-focused, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rotate between service, housekeeping, and laundry to ensure all areas of the interior are maintained to the highest standard.

• Provide polished, attentive service to guests, supporting the senior stews during busy trips.

• Assist with guest turnarounds, ensuring the yacht is consistently presented to 7* charter standard.

• Support provisioning, inventories, and day-to-day organisation of the interior.

• Work collaboratively with the team, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 season experience as a Stewardess (charter background preferred).

• Strong housekeeping and laundry skills; confident stepping into service when required.

• Professional, presentable, and eager to learn in a high-standard program.

• Valid STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2.

• B1/B2 visa preferred (support can be provided if time allows).

• Fluent English and excellent references.
