SECOND STEWARDESS REQUIRED FOR 50M NEW BUILD CHARTER YACHT

Vessel: 50m Motor Yacht | New Build
Location: U.S. & Mediterranean | Dual-Season Program
Contract: Permanent | 60 Days leave
Salary: $4,250 – $5,000 DOE + Tips 
Start Date: November/December in Fort Lauderdale

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Second Stewardess to join a busy 50m new build charter yacht at the start of its exciting new program. This will be a heavy charter vessel with an ambitious dual-season schedule, backed by strong management and a supportive, engaged owner.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a career-driven stewardess to step into a high-performing program, working closely with a professional interior team and supporting back-to-back private use and busy charters. The program will run at pace, and we are looking for someone with proven charter experience, confident service skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Chief Stewardess in delivering seamless service and polished interior operations.

• Rotate across service, housekeeping, and laundry, maintaining consistent 7* standards.

• Take ownership of guest service during busy charters and private use, adapting to guest preferences and ensuring every detail is managed to perfection.

• Assist with training and supporting the junior stewardesses, leading by example in professionalism and pace.

• Provisioning, inventories, and administration as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Stewardess, including at least one season on a busy charter vessel.

• Proven service background — confident with silver service, wine knowledge, and tablescaping.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.

• Excellent team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

• Valid STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2.

• B1/B2 visa preferred (support can be provided if time allows).

• Fluent English and excellent checkable references.
