We are seeking an experienced and passionate Private Chef to cater for a small, well-travelled family of four between their home in Limassol, Cyprus, and their 30m motor yacht. The role is primarily land-based, with yacht duties when the family is onboard. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented chef with strong Mediterranean roots to create fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented dishes in a calm, well-supported environment.
At the family’s residence, you will be working in a dedicated kitchen, preparing lunch and dinner Monday to Friday (occasional breakfast as needed). The family enjoys healthy, home-style Mediterranean cuisine, with a focus on seasonal produce, fresh fish, high-quality meats, handmade pasta, and balanced meals. While the parents enjoy a refined Mediterranean diet, the children have simpler, familiar tastes, so adaptability is key.
Entertaining is rare — perhaps one small dinner for two additional friends once a month — making this a role focused on quality and consistency rather than high-volume catering. When onboard the yacht, you will be responsible for all guest and crew meals, with ample support from the established crew.
The family values discretion, reliability, and professionalism, and is prepared to offer a higher salary for an exceptional chef with a proven background in fine dining or high-end restaurant kitchens (Michelin experience a bonus).

Prepare fresh, healthy, and flavourful Mediterranean-inspired meals for the family Monday–Friday
Adapt menus for both adults and children, ensuring variety and balance
Provision for both home and yacht, using the dedicated car provided
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen at all times
Travel onboard the family yacht as required and prepare meals for family and crew
Work closely with the family to anticipate preferences and dietary needs
Manage kitchen budgets and sourcing of high-quality ingredients
Proven experience as a Private Chef or in high-end/Michelin-standard restaurants
Strong Mediterranean culinary background (Italian or Croatian highly desirable)
Valid driving licence (apartment and car provided)
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to cook for both refined and simple palates
Organised, self-sufficient, and proactive in menu planning and provisioning
Willing to travel with the family onboard their yacht when needed
