DECKHAND REQUIRED FOR TOP-TIER 70M+ PRIVATE MOTOR YACHT

Vessel: 70m+ Private Dual-Season Motor Yacht
Location: Mediterranean (Summer), Caribbean (Winter)
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: €3,000 – €3,500 DOE
Leave: 90 days per year, flexible 3:1 structure
Bonus: 13th month discretionary bonus + generous training package

We are looking for a switched-on, confident and enthusiastic Deckhand to join the crew of a high-profile, dual-season 70m+ Feadship. The vessel is privately owned, run to world-class standards, and operates long-duration trips with a tight-knit, fast-paced deck team that thrives on guest engagement.

You’ll need a strong team spirit, a professional and polished appearance, and a natural ability to work with children — the owner’s young family are frequent guests and love spending time on the water. The yacht features a large aquapark and extensive toys, so a background in watersports, sailing, or even videography would be a welcome addition.

The deck team is fun, hands-on and high energy, with a strong emphasis on creating memorable guest experiences. The vessel maintains a strong culture of training and upskilling, with a very generous training contract in place for long-term crew.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a rising Deckhand looking to solidify their experience on a prestigious vessel with a high-performing crew. The right candidate will be fast-paced, personable, and comfortable in a guest-facing environment.

Key Requirements:

• 6–12 months experience (1 full season minimum)

• Proven longevity is essential

• Confident and positive around young children and family dynamics

• Watersports and toy handling skills essential

• Professional appearance – no visible tattoos (very discreet only if visible)

• Fluent English and strong communication skills

• Preferably UK or EU-based for logistical reasons

• Sailing background or videography skills highly desirable

• Mature, efficient and team-focused attitude

• Excellent checkable references
