Vessel: 32m Private Motor Yacht
Location: Med-based, Cyprus winter
Contract: Seasonal or Permanent
Start Date: July 12th at the latest
Salary: €2,500 – €3,000 DOE + €900/month food allowance (when owners and Chef aren't onboard)

We are looking for a well-rounded and proactive Deck/Stew to join a warm and professional team onboard this 30m private motor yacht. This is a permanent role offering excellent longevity, working for a genuinely kind Slovakian owner who has recently purchased the vessel after two years of chartering. He values crew highly and has already brought over key members from his previous charter experiences.

This role requires flexibility across both deck and interior — you’ll be 80% deck / 20% interior when guests are onboard, and Sole Stewardess during the winter months, maintaining the interior to a high standard during downtime.

The crew onboard are close-knit and professional, with a Croatian Lead Stew, Cypriot Captain and Mate, and a lovely Lebanese Chef who also travels with the family. The owner lives in Cyprus and cruises the Med seasonally with his wife and two children (10 and 8). Family-oriented, low-key, and respectful of the crew’s efforts.

This is a great position for a Deck/Stew with at least one season of experience, who enjoys variety in their role, takes pride in presentation, and is happy to pitch in across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with all exterior operations when guests are onboard – including lines, fenders, washdowns, and tender ops

• Provide guest support with watersports and deck setup

• Interior upkeep and detailing during off-season, managing laundry, provisioning, maintenance and inventories

• Light service support during guest trips and informal family-style meals

• Work closely with the Lead Stew during season, stepping into sole interior role during winter

Requirements:

• At least one full season of yachting experience in a similar dual-role

• Strong initiative and ability to self-manage during quieter periods

• Comfortable rotating between deck and interior

• Strong eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness

• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

• STCW & ENG1 in date

• Excellent references
