We’re looking for a warm, confident and capable Chief Stewardess to join a beautifully run 30m motor yacht with a strong family ethos and incredibly high standards. This is a program with structure, attention to detail, and a genuine appreciation for well-executed service — while still maintaining a lovely, low-key vibe onboard.
The owners are a prominent American family with three daughters, and while the boat is small, expectations for service are big — think polished but personable, calm under pressure, and naturally switched on. The current Chief Stew has 7–8 years in the industry including on 60m+ vessels, which sets the tone for the level of service, calibre and standard of Chief Stew this family is looking for.
The yacht is typically in use Friday through Sunday, with no wild parties — creating a respectful, well-balanced onboard atmosphere. If you’re polished, proactive, and looking to be part of a dream team, this is a standout opportunity.
You’ll be working closely with a fantastic second stew, supporting the day-to-day interior operations and preparing for both laid-back family weekends and the occasional guest visit. The owners value quiet luxury and high standards delivered with warmth and ease — no fuss, just beautifully executed service.
When based in Miami, the crew is housed in a stunning $2.5M bungalow with a pool just five minutes from the marina. During the summer in Connecticut, crew enjoy a townhouse next to the dock, offering excellent work/life balance and helping preserve the yacht’s condition.
This is a long-term, family-first program with future growth potential — the owner has a 50m new build underway, due for delivery in 2026. If you take pride in your work, love creating a calm and polished environment, and want to be part of something truly special, we’d love to hear from you.
