SECOND STEWARDESS REQUIRED FOR 40M DUAL-SEASON CHARTER YACHT

Vessel: 40m Dual-Season Charter Motor Yacht
Location: Italy, Med cruising for the summer
Contract: Permanent 
Salary: $3,500 - $4,250 + tips
Start Date: May 10th 2025 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Second Stewardess to join a dynamic and professionally run 40m dual-season charter yacht. With a busy Mediterranean charter season ahead before returning to the US at the end of the year, this is the perfect role for a confident, service-oriented stewardess who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

The yacht is run to high but informal standards, with an engaged and supportive owner who values crew wellbeing. This new build vessel has recently transitioned to a new management structure, providing excellent support and a fantastic working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Chief Stewardess in all areas of interior service and operations, including the management and training of the 3rd Stewardess
• Deliver exceptional guest service, from table settings to cocktail service
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry to maintain top-tier presentation standards
• Work as part of a close-knit, high-energy interior team in a fast-paced charter environment
• Ensure smooth daily operations during a busy Med season with charters already booked

Requirements:

• STCW (Updated) & ENG1 (valid and in date)
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role on a busy charter yacht
• Strong service skills – confident in cocktail service, table settings, and guest interaction
• A positive, proactive attitude and a great team player
• Fluent English; Spanish language a bonus
• B1/B2 visa or legal to work in the US (Cayman Island Flag) preferred but not essential
• Excellent checkable references
