As the Assistant Store Manager  you will have a passion for providing the ultimate experience to your clients,  Representing yourself and the company with integrity and professionalism and continuously seeking ways to surprise and delight all clients and visitors. The Assistant Store Manager  is a vital role, supporting the ongoing success and development of this acclaimed brand.

You will be a champion of exceptional customer care with the ability to engage and instil confidence into work colleagues and clients alike, you have an eye for exceptional detail and seek perfection for all, you’re a clear and empathetic communicator that has a deep understanding of luxury retail, the high expectations of your clients and creative in your own ideas.  

You will already be working in or have come from the luxury retail sector, you have the confidence and demeanour to look after your clients, you are knowledgeable & professional, you operate effectively often under pressure to deliver within short timeframes and/or to high expectations. 

The Role

• Work closely alongside the Manager and leadership to help drive growth and development and be a part of the on-going transformation
• Assist with the teams evolvement that reflects the brand essence & values
• Provide expert and personal service on fashion interests and lifestyle
• Build relationships across the businesses through effective networking and communication
• Support all day-to-day operations and processes
