Are you an experienced Forklift Driver (FLT) looking for a new opportunity with long-term potential? This temp-to-perm role offers a chance to join a busy, well-structured manufacturing team where safety, accuracy, and teamwork are key.

Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday 07:00–16:30, Friday 07:00–16:00 (early finish often applied)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift trucks safely across two sites
• Complete daily safety checks and report any issues
• Ensure stock is accurately booked in and labelled
• Re-palletise mixed stock and deliver materials to correct locations
• Follow waste management and housekeeping procedures
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and prioritise tasks

Ideal Candidate:

• Valid forklift truck licence
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
• Good communication and time management skills
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
