Internal Recruiter
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 4:45pm, Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Sector: HR and Recruitment / Manufacturing

Are you a driven and organised recruitment professional looking to take ownership of an internal hiring function? This Internal Recruiter role offers the opportunity to play a key part in attracting and onboarding talent within a growing manufacturing environment. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys managing the full recruitment process and building strong relationships across a business.

As an Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activity, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience from application through to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

As an Internal Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across the business
  • Writing and posting job adverts to attract suitable candidates
  • Screening CVs and shortlisting applicants in line with role requirements
  • Coordinating and organising interviews with hiring managers
  • Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Preparing and issuing employment contracts and offer documentation
  • Managing onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new employees
  • Maintaining accurate candidate and recruitment records
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
  • Supporting continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience

Ideal Candidate Profile

This Internal Recruiter role would suit someone who is proactive, organised, and confident managing multiple vacancies.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in an internal recruitment or recruitment coordination role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A professional and approachable manner when dealing with candidates and stakeholders
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
