Job Title: Chef de Partie- Central London

Location: Central London

Pay Rate: £16.00 - £18.00 per hour (depending on payment method)

Contract Type: Temporary

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join one of our client sites in Central London on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for a skilled and reliable chef who thrives in a fast-paced, professional kitchen—ideally with experience in the contract catering world.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with the client’s expectations and standards.

Work efficiently in a team to deliver service within strict timeframes.

Always maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.

Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with kitchen operations.

Follow recipes and portion control standards accurately.

Ensure kitchen cleanliness and assist with stock rotation and inventory as required.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in contract catering or similar high-volume environments.

Strong knowledge of food safety, allergens, and HACCP procedures.

Able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, professional setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
