Centre Manager – London Bridge

Salary: £35,000–£45,000 + Performance Bonus
Type: Office-Based, Monday to Friday

What You’ll Be Doing

As Centre Manager, you’ll lead daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure every client experience is seamless and memorable. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership & Team Development: Build, motivate, and support your on-site team.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

  • Client Relationship Management: Deliver outstanding service and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and contribute to commercial success.

  • Facilities Management: Maintain high standards across all physical spaces.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in a client-facing, hospitality, or customer-focused role

  • Proven experience leading a team in a fast-paced setting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A background in operational processes and continuous improvement

  • Serviced office experience is a plus—but not essential. We value transferable skills and a desire to learn.
