Are you a welcoming personality with a passion for customer service? Our client is on the lookout for a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to be the face of their establishment. As a Hostess, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional guest experience by managing the front-of-house operations and ensuring that each guest feels valued from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Manage seating arrangements and reservations to optimize guest satisfaction and flow.
• Handle phone inquiries, take reservations, and provide accurate wait times.
• Assist guests with special requests and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay composed and efficient in a high-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
