We are seeking skilled Chef de Parties for temporary placements across all London. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present dishes within your section.
• Assist in menu creation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Comply with health and safety standards.
• Train and support junior kitchen staff.
• Collaborate with the team for smooth service.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Level 2 Food Safety and Health Safety Certificates needed 
• Strong cooking and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
