Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team .As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle transactions efficiently.
• Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and suggest additional menu items as appropriate.
• Uphold company policies and procedures regarding food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and preparing for the next day's operations.
