Job Description

Part- Time 16.5 hours a week! Breakfast Supervisor.
Sat-Sun: 7:30 am - 12:30 pm
Monday: 6:30 am - 1:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the breakfast service in a hotel setting, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate food production and preparation in the kitchen.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of breakfast supplies.
  • Train and supervise breakfast staff, including cooks, servers, and dishwashers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food production or kitchen management is required.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail to ensure quality control and adherence to standards.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food service environment.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
