Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our culinary team to deliver high-quality food and service.

Ensure consistency and timing standards while following recipes.

Expand your culinary skills to elevate team performance.

Oversee a kitchen section during daily service (rotating for personal development).

Prepare and cook specific portions of plated meals.

Assist with food preparation, marinating, cutting, and pre-cooking.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in your designated section.

Support fellow chefs and apprentices, delegating tasks as needed.

Execute cooking quickly and efficiently to our high standards.

Actively seek improvement and advancement in your skills and performance.
Benefits:

Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £32,000.

Working Hours:

Earliest: 6:00 AM (on rare occasions when covering breaks), otherwise 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM.

Latest: 10:00 PM (extended to 10:30 PM for final desserts).

Full-Time: Permanent, 40 hours per week.

Work Days: 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday.
Requirements and Skills:

Prior experience in high-end hotels, restaurants, or high-volume establishments.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Knowledge of health & safety and food safety standards.

Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to delegate multiple tasks.
